Summary

  • Rename agent guidance to AGENTS.md and remove model-specific wording.
  • Exclude envmon.sif from default Git LFS hydration while keeping notebook data included.
  • Pin the local Containerfile to rocker geospatial 4.5.1 and allow PODMAN=docker.
  • Rephrase README for public employer handover clone/review/render paths.

  • git lfs ls-files -s count -> 1120
  • make -n PODMAN=docker container.exists -> docker build --tag envmon .
